Culinary students bake pumpkin pies in the brand-new Hilltop Cafe. The restaurant officially opened mid-September for teachers and faculty. “The menu changes every month to a different global cuisine chosen by each of the Practicum students,” culinary teacher Amanda Hill said. “We are also open every weekday morning from 8 a.m. to 8:20 a.m. with hot chocolate, coffee and tea options. The restaurant is open Tuesday through Friday on A days only.”
